Product Availability. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.
Ingredients & Suitability. Product ingredient lists are provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to review ingredients for potential allergens or sensitivities before purchasing. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. If you have specific skin concerns or medical conditions, please consult a dermatologist before use.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Shipping Costs. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method. Free shipping thresholds, where applicable, will be displayed on the website.
Accepted Payment Methods. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
When Payment Is Charged. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an Order. By completing the checkout process and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. A contract between you and Alurevita is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
Order Confirmation. Your order confirmation email serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order. It does not guarantee that all items are available or that the order will be fulfilled in full.
Right to Refuse or Cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
5. Returns, Complaints & Consumer Rights
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period). If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason, provided the products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. To exercise this right, please contact us at inquiry@alurevita.com within the 14-day period.
Returns Process. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiry@alurevita.com. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Warranty. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions.
How to Submit a Complaint. To submit a complaint, please email inquiry@alurevita.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.
6. Your Responsibilities
Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Lawful Use. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute, we encourage you to contact us at inquiry@alurevita.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will make every reasonable effort to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution within 30 days.
Alternative Dispute Resolution. If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, either party may refer the matter to a recognized mediation or arbitration service as an alternative to court proceedings.
Jurisdiction. For any disputes that proceed to litigation, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania.
